Highlights of Baguio City

Baguio City sits about 1,500 metres up in the Cordillera, with a cool climate year-round, five universities and the most active house-and-lot and condo market in Northern Luzon.

Climate and elevation
At roughly 1,500 metres above sea level, Baguio averages 15 to 23 °C. Buyers from Manila and overseas come for the weather first; the pine-covered slopes and the Summer Capital reputation follow from it.
Where people look
Camp 7 along Kennon Road, Outlook Drive, Loakan near the airport, Aurora Hill, Bakakeng, Irisan, Pinsao and Quezon Hill draw most house-and-lot searches. Condominium supply is concentrated around the central business district and along Marcos Highway.
Getting there
Three roads climb to the city: Kennon Road from Rosario, Marcos Highway (the Aspiras–Palispis Highway) from Agoo and Pugo, and Naguilian Road from La Union. Marcos Highway carries most of the traffic and stays open when Kennon is closed.
