Tuba wraps around Baguio’s south and west and is the gateway municipality on both Kennon Road and Marcos Highway, with larger, warmer lots at lower elevations.

Both Kennon Road (Camp 1, Camp 3, Camp 4 and Twin Peaks) and Marcos Highway (Tadiangan, Poblacion and Nangalisan) pass through Tuba before reaching the city. A lot here is a highway drive, not a mountain trail, from Baguio.

Where people look

Subdivision lots along Marcos Highway in Tadiangan and Poblacion, the Camp 3 and Camp 4 stretch of Kennon Road, and the Asin Road area toward Nangalisan and the hot springs. Taloy and Tabaan are further down and noticeably warmer.

Climate

Elevation drops quickly from the Baguio boundary toward Pangasinan and La Union, so a lot in lower Tuba can be several degrees warmer than the city. Buyers who find Baguio too cold and damp often settle here.

Buyers who want more land than Baguio can offer, weekend-home owners from the lowlands, and farm-lot buyers along the Asin and Kennon corridors.
